(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these, one came with the handle assembled to the wrong end of the rope despite being factory packaged(Made In Mainland(Communist) China).That was easily remedied, but BOTH HANDLES SINK!We are using them for 15 off kneeboarding, but the closest take-off is 18'.

The ropes/lines appear to be robust, but the handles are a real problem.The handle section ropes are run through / slid / threaded through the handles and the handles have shifted after the first use making them crooked.They are now very uncomfortable.

For skiing, the grips on the handles are brutal, cutting into anything but heavily callused palms & fingers.Gloves would help, but they shouldn't be required for recreational skiing.

I'm returning these ropes.
